Junior chefs (6-10): 'Comfort Food' Morning

Fill the school holidays with delicious comfort food classics as your young chefs join us in the kitchen for a morning to master deliciously hearty family dishes - who doesn't love a proper crumble?! They'll spend a few hours with our chef team, cooking, tasting and having fun as they learn new recipes to share with you at home.

What to expect

Gordon loves getting his children involved in the kitchen, meaning they’ve grown up really excited and inspired by food. Our Junior chef classes are a great opportunity for young cooks to get stuck in and have fun trying out new things.

Send the kids to spend the morning with us and have some fun in the kitchens at the Academy. In this 2.5 hour session, they'll make their own lunch, which they can eat together here at the Academy or pack up to take away with you!

During this 'Comfort Food' morning session, we'll be helping them make a classic main meal and dessert - perhaps some cheesy pasta, a traditional mashed potato feast or a buttery fruit crumble. All you need to provide is the custard!
