Who doesn’t love a lazy brunch? One of our favourite recipes is for sweetcorn fritters and we can’t wait to share it with you in this relaxed weekend cooking class. You’ll learn how to cook the perfect fritter and see just how versatile they can be as you try some delicious topping ideas.

What to expect

Start the weekend off in the best possible way with a Lazy brunch cooking class. We’re taking it easy in this fun 90-minute class, making sure you’ve got a delicious brunch to enjoy at the end and setting you up with all the recipes and skills you need for stress-free weekends at home. 

You’ll be guided by our chefs in every step of this colourful brunch recipe, from cooking a sweet, sticky pepper or chorizo relish, to mixing and frying your sweetcorn fritters, ready to serve up with a dollop of cooling lime crème fraîche and creamy avocado. 

All ingredients and kit will be ready for you, plus recipes to take home after you’ve sat down with your classmates to toast your success. If there are any leftovers, you’re welcome to take those away with you, too.

Class details

Timings: 90-minute class in the morning of early afternoon, check each date for detail

Arrive up to 30 minutes before your class to check in at reception and there’s no rush at the end – you might be too busy eating your delicious dishes!

Class size: Maximum 10-12 guests, some elements may require working in pairs with a classmate, don’t worry if you’ve come alone – it’s a great way to meet new people and have a laugh
