What to expect

With our Let’s cook… classes you’ll learn how to adapt your everyday baking to suit your lifestyle, whether that’s for a dietary need, to focus on healthy eating or to simply expand your knowledge and understanding of different foods and cooking methods.

In this 3-hour class, you'll have the chance to learn how to make some of your absolute favourites with gluten-free substitutions and grow your confidence in cooking this way. Our chefs will help you create indulgent puddings and savoury bakes that would traditionally rely heavily on wheat - you'll be tucking back into things like sticky toffee pudding in no time!
