Need some new baking ideas? Well dust off your apron, log on to our Zoom class and join us for a baking class inspired by some delicious baked treats from around the world. We’re starting with sticky honey simit buns from Turkey and an alternative to Italian amaretti biscuits that make great gifts, too.

What to expect

When you need some quick cooking inspiration, our Online masterclasses are the perfect place to start. Join us through Zoom from wherever you are in the world and cook along with our chefs as they teach you a new skill or recipe, all within the comfort of your own kitchen. Using your own ingredients and equipment means you’ll be confident that you can recreate all the dishes whenever you like.

You’ll join our chef teachers virtually at the Academy, where they’ll guide you through the recipes and techniques step-by-step, watching you on screen and advising you throughout the class.

We’ll email you all the details in advance so you can shop and prepare in plenty of time, then in the class you can just concentrate on cooking along with the chef and your fellow classmates – and eating your fantastic food as well!

In this class, you’ll be baking up some more unusual treats from around the world. Who knows where we’ll end up in the future, but right now our chefs are inspired by beautiful twisted buns flavoured with honey and hazelnut from Turkey, and pine nut ricciarelli biscuits from Italy.

Class times: Morning, afternoon and evening classes - all times are for UK (London)

Please join the Zoom call 10 minutes before the class starts, with all your ingredients ready

Class size: Maximum 16 households (one booking = one device login) – take over the kitchen by yourself or it can be fun to cook as a couple or family
