Taste evenings: Fish and seafood

Not sure where to start when it comes to filleting a fish or pan-frying a scallop? Then our fish and seafood demonstration evening is the ideal introduction. Our chefs will show you some simple techniques and build them into easy recipes to inspire you with your own home cooking.


What to expect

Our Taste demonstration evenings allow you to sit back and relax as our chefs showcase exciting ingredients, break down dishes and de-mystify tricky techniques to inspire you to give them a go at home. 

As a demonstration only, there’s no pressure – you get to watch, listen and learn, enjoy a drink and plenty of tasters, and quiz the chefs on anything and everything you’ve ever wanted to know about buying, preparing and cooking fish, shellfish and seafood. 

You’ll finish the night with recipes and information to take home, and we hope you’ll be inspired to tackle fish in your own kitchen or join us in one of our longer Fish and seafood masterclasses to get some hands-on practice. 

Class details

Class starts: 6.30pm, arrive anytime from 6pm to check in at reception

Class finishes: 8pm, stay and chat to fellow guests or pop down to Street Burger for dinner

Class size: Maximum 25 guests
