What to expect

With our Taste of… classes we want to get you excited about some of the amazing food that’s being cooked all around the world. There’s so much to learn and discover when it comes to regional cuisines, from new flavours to age-old traditions, this is just the starting point for many more kitchen adventures to come.

With rugged mountains, miles of coastline and countryside filled with olive groves and vineyards, Italy is an incredibly diverse country and its food reflects this.

This class will introduce to you to ingredients and techniques that really celebrate Italy’s food culture, from colourful salads, vegetables and herbs, to perfectly-rolled pasta with simple sauces or fillings, to indulgently creamy desserts. There's a reason Italian food is so popular - it's all just delicious!
