What to expect

With our Taste of… classes we want to get you excited about some of the amazing food that’s being cooked all around the world. There’s so much to learn and discover when it comes to regional cuisines, from new flavours to age-old traditions, this is just the starting point for many more kitchen adventures to come.

Southeast Asian cuisine – from Thailand, to Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia – is full of layers of flavours, it’s not just about chillies! Our chefs will show you how spices are combined with sour lime or tamarind, sweet palm sugar and salty soy and fish sauces to create a wide range of dishes, such as a classic pad Thai or sticky rice.

You’ll end up with plenty to eat for lunch and lots of recipes and inspiration to take home with you.
