- 1 tbsp soy sauce (use Tamari for gluten-free option)
- 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- Juice of 1 orange
To serve:
- Spring onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds
- 1 red chilli, sliced (optional)
Cooking instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/Gas Mark 4.
- Place the chicken wings in a large bowl. In a small separate bowl, mix together the ingredients for the glaze. Pour the sauce all over the wings and toss to coat.
- Lay the wings on a large baking tray and roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, pour the remaining glaze from the bowl into a small saucepan over a medium heat. Bring to a simmer and allow to reduce, stirring occasionally, until it is nice and sticky.
- Once the chicken is cooked, pour the sticky sauce all over the wings, top with your garnishes and enjoy!
