Blackberry and mint iced tea
Iced tea always reminds us of summer holidays and sunny weather, but you can easily recreate your own at home. This iced tea recipe is easy to make and super refreshing. We love to serve ours over ice with a sprig of mint and some fresh blackberries. To add your own twist, try with peaches, raspberries, or even blueberries!

- 2-3 mint sprigs, leaves picked, plus extra to serve
- 2 tsp sugar (to taste)
- Ice cubes, to serve
Cooking instructions
- Fill the kettle with water and bring it to the boil.
- Meanwhile, add the tea bags, blackberries and mint to a heat-proof jug or container. Completely cover the ingredients with hot water then stir in the sugar.
